Eastnine (EAST9:ST) is a Swedish real estate company focusing on commercial real estate, mainly office properties, in the Baltic capitals. Eastnine was until May 2017 named East Capital Explorer. The company was founded and listed by East Capital in 2007. Today the operation consists of three segments: Real Estate Direct, Real Estate Funds and Other holdings and the aim is to transform into a pure real estate company by the end of 2020. Eastnine is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm Mid Cap.
Agro-Region, an agroholding operating 38,000 hectares of farmland in Central Ukraine. At present, Agro-Region cultivates corn, soybeans and sunflower, exporting 75% of produced crops. It is a true story of business recovery where in 2007 the company’s accounts were empty, the debts were heavy and the staff lost its morale and motivation. The management staff was almost completely replaced with young talents betting on IT, finance and mathematics, who knew nothing about agriculture, which later paid off greatly.
